We offer two primary services to help brokers engineer better risk management solutions:
Structuring Captive Solutions.
We design, develop, and implement captive insurance solutions. We use our in-depth understanding of captive formation and structure to help clients navigate through the tax, regulatory, legal, and financial aspects of captive solutions. Using a number of different Bermuda-domiciled rent-a-captives, we place clients into the appropriate structure, while assuring proper care through service partners in Bermuda that we have vetted to provide related accounting, captive management, and legal services.
Marketing Traditional Coverage.
We also provide marketing services to help clients find and secure the most advantageous traditional coverage. Using our proprietary Keystone SmartMarketing Database, we can pinpoint the carrier that is most likely to underwrite varying risk and industry profiles and manage the submission process to best advantage for the client. We have had notable success in binding coverage where it was not otherwise available, was unaffordable or where it was difficult to finance.
