Keystone Risk Brokerage, Ltd. (KRB) is a Bermuda incorporated and domiciled subsidiary of Keystone Risk Partners. KRB is registered as an Insurance Broker under the Bermuda Insurance Act of 1978.

The principle activity of KRB is to act as a qualified Bermuda intermediary on behalf of Keystone Risk Partners’ United States agents and brokers. KRB provides our agent and broker partners access to the Bermuda insurance and reinsurance marketplace.  KRB also provides placement and asset management support services to insurance carriers for both direct insurance and reinsurance programs placed with these carriers.

Many Bermuda insurance companies and captives cannot be seen as doing trade or business in the United States. This extends to both the underlying customer and their United States Insurance Agent. KRB acts as the local intermediary for Bermuda based insurance Companies and captives on behalf of the United States based insured and agent.
