By leveraging our in depth insurance, reinsurance and financial backgrounds we can simplify the unique value a captive solution can bring to an organization and help the customer successfully navigate through the tax, regulatory, legal and strategic aspects to effectively execute this long range alternative.

With ready access to insurance, reinsurance and captive structures, Keystone has developed highly successful practices in three key areas of alternative risk solutions: Insurance & Risk Transfer, Risk Mitigation and Risk Finance.

Keystone is not a fee based consultant. Our goal is to add value to the transaction and derive our revenue through the successful completion of the program.  Typically our agent and broker partners receive the same fees (if not more depending on service requirements) they would have earned had they not chosen to partner with Keystone.
