Keystone Risk Partners was founded in May, 2002. However; the principals have been in the alternative market space since the late 1980’s. Through hard and soft market cycles, our team has led with cutting edge product innovation and seamless execution of financial solutions to meet insurance challenges.

Some historical highlights include:

• 1990:  created D&O solution during the S&L crisis.
• 1991-1995:  developed money saving alternatives during TX & MA workers compensation crisis.
• 1995-2000:  executed financial & wealth accumulation captive structures during prolonged soft cycle.
• 2000-2003:  crafted new options for nursing homes to solve professional liability crisis, developed capacity during CA workers compensation crisis.
• 2003:  developed proprietary risk mitigation claims platform with uniquely structured vendor platform.
• 2008:  launched a proprietary captive large deductible alternative structure with national carrier for upper middle market and larger insureds.

Keystone’s unique business platform leverages in house resources that include proficiency in all forms of captive and reinsurance structures with a particular expertise in segregated cell companies. In addition, our 80+ years of combined large account underwriting experience and Wall Street M&A know-how bring a unique service package to the fingertips of our stakeholders. In doing so, Keystone has developed a loyal following of agent and broker partners who appreciate the value we bring to their key customers.
