Cindy Burks

Cynthia J. Burks, CPCU, Senior Vice President, Keystone Risk Partners. Cindy is primarily responsible for cultivating and managing strategic market relationships as well as facilitating complicated casualty and excess placements in the marketplace. She brings a wealth of national account experience in sales and underwriting along with strategic relationships with partner insurance and reinsurance companies.

Most recently she was employed as an Assistant Vice President of Commonwealth Risk Services and was responsible for the structuring of risk financing arrangements and production of large account casualty business. Her background includes nine years of experience in the production underwriting of complex national accounts on the casualty side with Reliance National.

Cindy is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and a graduate of Swarthmore College with a BA in Economics.
